Nickel Alloy 201 Coil
Nickel alloy 201 coil is made of a face-centered cubic structure solid solution alloy composed of trace elements such as manganese and copper and mainly nickel. It is a commercially pure forged nickel with 99.6% nickel. The carbon content is lower than Nickel 200 with less than 0.02%.

Product Description Nickel Alloy 201 Coil

Nickel alloy 201 coil has high strength and plasticity, and has been used in high temperature environments up to 1230°C. It can still maintain excellent thermal stability and thermal strength, both in cold and hot conditions. It has excellent processing performance and is a metal material used in various harsh corrosive environments. Nickel alloy 201 has high resistivity and low thermal conductivity. It is easy to overheat during the welding process, causing the weld grains to grow rapidly. Once the grains of Nickel alloy 201 material are coarsened, it is difficult to improve them by heat treatment, which will seriously affect mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of welded joints. Nickel alloy 201 coil has high thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity and high ductility mechanical properties over a wide temperature range.
